4 questions to ask yourself every sunset
Nighttime is a great time to reflect, analyze, asses and correct our actions, habits and daily practices, by journaling at night we can better prepare ourselves for tomorrow and ensure that we are holding ourselves accountable for the things we wish to achieve.
For this exercise you will need a journal or diary. The more you practice being successful each day the more your life will flower and overflow
- Things you achieved today? These things can be big or small, creative or recreational, personal or relating to business, emotional, physical or spiritual.
- What three things can you improve on? This can be time management, better-eating habits, you need to be completely honest and impartial with yourself. View yourself as if you are talking to a loved one and compassionately letting them in on their faults and how they can improve.
- Which one thing do you love about yourself?
- What is one thing you love doing?
As you write down the last two realize that you have a place and purpose in this world, see how interconnected these two are and how you can use both of these things to live a purposeful life. Purpose is nothing more than doing what you love. Love yourself and love what you do, you will find purpose anywhere and everywhere.
